浮雕位于河南省白龟山水库，高2.5米，宽12米，使用玻璃钢材质制作完成。
浮雕主要体现当年大禹治水的场面，画面左侧是一个高大的大禹的形象，他手握石耜昂首挺胸观察灾情，后面紧跟着他的助手们。最左侧表现的是大禹三过家门而不入的场景，大禹的妻子抱着孩子在门口张望。右侧大半部分主要体现了水情的凶猛，和在大禹带领下的人们奋战在治水第一线的场景，也体现了鲤鱼跃龙门中“龙门”的由来。
